I found this article *pretty funny*. There are some interesting case studies there! There was a case for women being better managers, but all the case studies in this article points to women sweating over really small stuff and taking extreme decisions, instead of bringing up the topic with their lovers. Generalization Alert - I don’t think having managers who picks on small stuff are all that good
