Leo

Leo is a programmer's editor and a flexible browser for projects, programs, classes or data; an outliner.

I’m giving it a try as an outliner. Since it is pure Python (you can download a pre-compiled executable for Windows), it is pretty portable. It can be extended using Python too.

I don’t know anything about literate programming. I’m hoping that I’ll start using this as just an outliner, and then it can generate different documents - PPT files, HTML etc.
