Pierre Derriere sent a spam with the idea for a talking toilet paper roll. For $19.95, you can record and re-record messages into your roll dispenser. It has a motion sensor to activate playback too.
The idea as such is silly. But the fact that spammer had some sense of humour to name himself in French is slightly amusing at 7AM.
