Fall Foliage in East Coast

I need to make a trip to Pennsylvania soon - last time I changed the battery in my watch, the watchmaker broke a gasket. So, he couldn’t close it properly. *Sigh* The nearest Tissot authorized service center is apparently in Pennsylvania.

If I’m not too lazy next weekend, may be I’ll go there, get my watch fixed and see if I can visit Bedford.

1. We would like to take a curise up the east coast this fall and would like some information as to the best time would be to see the fall colors and change in the folage.
