Zeldman says 99.9% of websites are obsolete. Slashdot has a discussion on this.
Personally, I agree with Zeldman that hopefully all sites will try to upgrade to CSS and XHTML standards. But, lot of people still use older browsers, and usually, corporate site owners (not admins, but business owners) cannot be that interested in getting the technology upgraded.
It took me some time to finally decide I’m going to let NS4 users suffer on my personal site - mostly because of laziness.
