Got this too by email. Good thing about this cartoon is that an overload of meetings can be unproductive. Bad thing is that inefficient workers make this an art form to enhance their careers. If no one asks what came out of the meetings (like documents, plans, decisions etc), such workers will keep themselves flying from one meeting to another, trying to appear busy always.
Who said that - "the importance of an employee is inversely proportional to the number of pens and paper s/he carry around"?
