I went to change the battery of my car to Sears Auto Center branch at 7 corners, Falls Church, VA. Very good service, reasonable price and good and helpful staff - diametrically opposite in experience and location to my experience at the Best Buy.
As far as auto service industry goes, I was very disappointed with Brown’s Arlington Honda - over priced, unhelpful staff and very very out-on-your-face sales tactics. They even quoted $100 for a number plate holder! That is probably the price to pay for being AAA certified. I’ve had good experience at Merchants and at a local Japanese Auto Center. Jiffy Lube is somewhat ok.
