Jon writes about his thoughts and impressions on instant outlining technology using Radio Community Server. As usual, very well written.

I do agree that email is such a bad medium for productivity - not to mention that it is basically a hot and aggressive medium. It doesn’t help in knowledge retention either. But most organizations are so much into email that they don’t even consider NNTP servers. Mailing lists are still OK I’m not sure how to promote blogging as an alternative means of communication - may be blogging with an instant messenger front end?
