Columns every IT manager should read

A colleague pointed me to a column by Bob Lewis, an InfoWorld columnist. These are really good columns that are full of common sense and practical wisdom.

Naturally, I doubt if many IT managers out there have time to read these. I especially liked the column, Rocking the boat, where, “an enlightened navy captain whips his ship into shape by empowering his crew to implement improvements”.

1. The link to Bob Lewis' column is broken. It's "tp://..." instead of "http://...".
