Demystifying Extreme Programming: Focusing on value is an excellent article on IBM dW. I feel it is a bit more generic than focusing on eXtreme Programming.

Specifically, it looks into what kind of value we need to expect from our software projects. Quite a few times, people think that following one process or other is answer to all problems. That results in extra focus on the process rather than on the end result.
