Got there via Simon Brunning. The best thing I liked and I’ll use for signature line is:

"VB is often the first language of the clueless. ;-)"

I’ve been agonizing over several points raised in the article above - here, here and here - each time when my night or weekend was disturbed to fix ugly code already in production.
