A 2 page essay about conflict, anger, struggles, reincarnation and programmers. It is not entirely coherent, but I think it is great.
Though I think anger is not entirely good, I believe that conflict can be a very good thing - if the focus on the cause of conflict is maintained. May be that is why I found a diversity trainer’s philosophy of immediately stamping "victim(s)" and "villain(s)" for all conflicts to be pretty negative and unrealistic - moreover, a trainer ought to be a trainer; not a judge and a lawyer.
