My wife showed me Sanjeev Kapoor’s site. He is India’s master chef and has thousands of great recipes there. Most of these are simple recipes, can be made in under 20 minutes and you can get all the ingredients in your neighborhood super market - atleast Giant Inc. has all of them. He has so many vegetarian recipes that I’m seriously considering whether I should become vegetarian - if only some one could cook these for me! Cooking with your spouse is a great way to relax on weekends - take my word for it.

Hello! As hundreds of other people do, I admire you as a trendsetter in the world of culinary art.But as was adream come true,I never thought I would one day work for one of your projects.
Before going further,I would like to introduce myself as an artsist and muralist and I have just today finished my work for mural in the bar(behind the bar counter) of “Yellow Chilli” restaurant opening up in Panchkula. I learnt from your colleague today that you are going to be in town tomorrow. I wish I could meet you.
