Belgium
I have visited only Brussels, in Belgium. I really liked the city. Though Brussels is nowhere near Paris in its splendour, there is a relaxed feeling. People are nice, they look helpful and as generally not interested in anything. When I went there, I saw lot of policemen who reminded me of characters from Asterix comics.
