Me, Myself & I:)
My name is Vattekkat Satheesh Babu and I am from Palakkad, in Kerala, India.
I like mathematics and studied engineering in Electronics and Communications. I enjoyed my college days. I loved Digital Signal Processing and Active Network Synthesis in college.
After college, I started my career as a Network Engineer with CMC Ltd.
, in September 1993. In
May 1995, I joined Infosys Technologies Ltd.
- which was a nice and small firm then - to
work in software development in Oracle
technologies. My client was Adidas-Salomon SA
of
France. In March 1998, I joined RAPIDIGM Inc.
as a Systems Analyst.
From April 2001 to February 2004,
I worked for The Nature Conservancy
as a Sr. Technologist, in Arlington VA, USA. Then I returned to India and worked for a year as Development Manager at Accelrys Inc. Since 2005, I've been
with Sterling Commerce, architecting and managing development of SaaS (On Demand) supply chain
management applications built on Yantra ERP.
