Got this by e-mail. Quite possibly true, but I can't confirm.

Thiruvananthapuram, Oct. 23: Lenin was the first to arrive and welcomed latecomers Stalin and Khrushchev with a smart handshake. Pravda was all smiles when she came in, but was soon bawling for milk and had to be taken out. Gagarin and Pushkin were busy exchanging notes even as Brezhnev looked on silently.

Curtains finally came down after a 4 day birthday bash. Google news. Just because of an extravagant birthday bash, I wouldn't compare this
celebrity with this North Indian or this South Indian*; mainly because she is said to have done good things to help people. May be just a legend, but there were reports about people receiving help from her group.

Spycyroll has been
pretty much dead after arrival :-) Today, I got some time to mess
with the source to add quick templating using XYAPTU.
I need to figure out how to check it in - now, the code is a collection
of Python and shell scripts (some things are just too easy in Shell).

Summary of results are below.

While I was in Kerala for vacation, there were several things that made me very optimistic. What made me really pessimistic was CPI(M)'s penchant for announcing hartals - a form of strike where politicians simply issue a dictum which in effect means you are confined to indoors. To be sure, the current ruling coalition, when they were in opposition, were not any better.

Can't these idiots - political criminals would be a better term - come up with any kind of protest without hurting the common man trying to eke out a living?

Got an email from Kishan Thomas of Hackorama. I used to visit his site for Jatrix - JAyan's TRICK's. Is it a plane, is it a bird, is it Rajnikant, is it Stallone? No its Jayan!, dramatic seventies music score in the background, cut into the scene where Jayan flexes his muscles , to bow in front of the local temple. Kavilamme shakthi tharoooooo... Yes its classic Jayan , back with a vengeance !

Anyway, Kishan's site has lot more. He has neat notes on different technologies. That was my intention when I started techbits section, but I've not been updating it as much as I want. I think I'll use blog for that.
